fantastic!
this place is a fantastic place to stay, the rooms are lovely, bright and spotless. very friendly staff who are always happy to help. it's in such a convenient location for everything, oldham and manchester, and is in a great spot for having a few beers in the local pubs. i would highly recommend this b&b to anyone wishing to stay somewhere comfortable, clean and a very good price! we paid £40 for a double room and that included breakfast, which was delicious, we both had a cooked breakfast and it was superb!
