A most dissapointing group of people to deal with as they will not admit receiving old unit returns engines from us and have blatantly taken money from my card without my authority and are fabricating lies to avoid re paying. Intend to take matter further and also bring TV consumer programme to highlight the kind of people these are and thus maybe avoid other people falling in to the same trap
