Terrible
building work and glazing was very good, but then floor tiling and customer care was very very poor, we had our floor tiled by oaklands who used sub contractors to do the work and the workmanship was very poor and untidy, oaklands manager didn't want to know and told us to take it up with the tilers ourselves, he didn't even want to come out and inspect the work, it made my wife upset and we ended up paying the full amount, we won't be using them again....
