  WHAT A LOAD OF MUPPETS TO DEAL WITH THEY SENT THE WRONG PRODUCT AND ALL MY ATTEMPTS TO GET THIS SORTED THEY HAVE MADE UP STORIES AND STALLING PRACTICES WOULD RECOMMEND ANY DEALINGS USE A CREDIT CAR AND DO WHAT I HAVE DONE DISPUTE IT THE LEGAL WAY BUT I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY AT ALL COST

  12th April 2011 Peugeot Boxer seatbelt. Returned due to it being the wrong one, replacement not received.Have spent a month and 12+ phone calls trying to get refunded for a part that was never received. I thought with the protection of Breakeryard I was safe using this company however It appears they just do as they like. I advise others not to make the same mistake as I clearly have, and avoid using Rochdale Van Breakers.

  great service would highly recomend orederd an iveco 75e17 engine at 4:45pm recieved it 8:30 next day... Amazing Service, nice and polite on the phone and would definately use again

• AVOID AT ALL COSTS!

  Absolutely terrible service, parts took over three weeks to turn up and then turned out that more than half of it was missing!! Have phoned them now approaching 25 times to try to resolve my complaint but keep getting ignored. Poor management skills and shocking service! Will never use again. Please dont make the same mistake I did by using them.....go somewhere else.
