    I was referred to Adam Sternberg by another printer when two in a row withdrew from my project. The price for the work seemed a bit high but within reason, so I went with Customcraft Binder Corp. Then innocent requests were either ignored or answered with curt, disrespectful replies. Only one of two requested proofs was submitted, without consulting me about what I wanted to see. I was charged over $500 to transport 3 pallettes of inventory a couple of miles from Greenvale to Brooklyn, NY. The inventory was 10 days late, despite a continuing promise to be on time. Adam Sternberg also delayed the shipment an additional two days giving the shipper his instead of my number.
