• Poor service all round

  I have sent my camcorder in for repair, reason being a faulty dv. Guess what they return it a month later it works for two weeks and then the same fault occurs. I have sent it back three weeks ago and I have not had a response back yet. This is one of the poorest firms I have ever has the misfortune to deal with ever.

• Diabolical

  They had my camcorder back for repair on two occasions, and failed to find an obvious fault, despite having it for about a month each time. They lost the power cord for the charger, and returned it with bits rattling around inside. These turned out to be a screw and broken piece of plastic. I'm mystified that they are an approved JVC service agent.
