TERRIBLE COMPANY - BEWARE!!!!

This company should be avoided at all costs. whilst they were having their monthly payments they were great but as soon as I asked to voluntary terminate my agreement and hand car back they have dragged their feet on every oportunity. The car was returned to them inline with the agreement of being able to terminate at 50% point. They came and took that car, besides trying to scare me by telling if there was any problems with the car they would not take it or I would have to pay for work to caried out or pay £250 if I did not release the car if I wasn't happy with the work needed doing on the car to make it raod worthy (it was a 2009 plate) despite them trying their best to find things wrong they failed and took the car back, without me needing to make any payments. I rang the comany to be told that they would not close the account until they had disposed of the car at auction, when I said it had nothing to do with me once the car had gone they told me that was the process. I hvae had to contact consumer direct and they are dealing with them as this infomation is wrong. The account still remains open and I still have a balance showing as owing on my credit file for something that I no longer own or in actual fact owe. *****PLEASE BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY***
