after arranging a house removal 1 month ago, I confirmed with them. The night before, they told me they can't come. They took me 50GBP deposit and didn't give back anything.

TERRIBLE DO NOT USE
After arranging a house move weeks ago, I confirmed twice last week, spoke to them on Friday then they didn't turn up on Saturday morning! Didn't bother to even cancel, they blocked my number so I couldn't ring them leaving me completely in the lurch. I'm a single woman who was really relying on them and had made all the necessary arrangements. People must be absolutely devoid of any morals to let someone down like that, not even bothering to make up an excuse!!
